My Meal Plan (Per Week 2 September 2014)

Here is my daily meal plan that I started per Week 2 September 2014. Basically it's the same as my previous meal plan, but I change the snacks from cakes to bananas to reduce fat intake. And I also started to eat 10 egg white per day to compromise the lack of meat in my meal (I don't eat meat a lot).


Snack: 07:00 AM 3 egg white
1 cup of milk
Meal 1: 08:30 AM 2 egg white
3 slices of wheat bread with jam
1 cup of coffee / tea
Snack: 11:00 AM 1 or 2 pcs of bananas
Meal 2: 12:00 PM red rice + white rice mix
some meat and vegetables
Snack: 03:00 PM 1 or 2 pcs of bananas
Meal 3: 05:00 PM red rice + white rice mix
some meat and vegetables
Workout: 06:30 PM 1 scoop of whey protein powder before
and after working out (only if I working out on the day)
Snack: 09:00 PM 1 or 2 pcs of bananas
5 egg white
1 cup of milk
1 slice of cake (sometime)

Basically I don't really strict about what I eat. I eat what I like, for example I like to eat sweet food like cakes, crackers, ice cream and also junk food like pizza, burgers (my favorite!). As long as we don't consume too much unhealthy food I think it's still okay, except you are planning to be a bodybuilder or you want to join a body fit competition. We must enjoy life while keeping our bodies healthy, right? ;)
